Liskeard Farmers Market, Second and fourth Friday of the month

Menheniot Farmers market, Second Saturday of each Month, A monthly event for South East Cornwall: quality local produce including meats, bread, cakes, preserves, chutney, honey, fruit and vegetables. Refreshments served throughout the morning.

Boscastle Food and craft festival 6th – 7th October. Great food, great producers and great Michelin Star chefs, a showcase for top talent from Cornwall’s finest restaurants. See the chefs in action,get the flavour of what life’s like behind the kitchen door.

Falmouth Oyster Festival12th – 15th October Celebrating  the start of the oyster dredging season, the diversity and quality of Cornish Seafood and, in particular, the last remaining traditional oyster fishery in Europe still dredging by sail and hand punt.

Ice skating at Eden. 14th October – 18th February. .  Eden’s magical ice rink is back for winter with sessions to suit all ages and abilities, including sessions for beginners, ice discos on some Friday evenings and delicious new rink-side food.

Falmouth Beer festival 19th – 22nd October Organised each year by CAMRA Kernow, the Cornwall branch of the Campaign for Real Ale, real ale enthusiasts from Cornwall and beyond descend on Falmouth for two days as the town hosts the largest event of its kind in the county.

Halloweden 21st – 28th October, The Eden Project. Celebrate Halloween at Eden: get involved in magical craft activities & dare to be scared & follow the trail around Eden and collect the things the Witch needs to cast her spell.

Cornwall Macmillan Christmas Fair 16th November, The Eden Progect. Heralding the start of the season of goodwill in the county, the Macmillan Christmas Fair features an abundance of festive treats, stocking fillers and local gifts. 

The Cornish Winter Fair. 18th November Wadebridge. Cornish Winter Fair is a  free event, held entirely under cover  within the Exhibition Halls at the Royal Cornwall Events Centre, Wadebridge. it is a celebration of all things farming & food in Cornwall with plenty of free parking on site.

Truro City of Lights 22nd Novemeber. The hugely anticipated Truro City of Lights Festival and Parade lights up the city in in spectacular fashion delighting the crowds who gather for this spectacular festive event.

Fowey Christmas Market 24th – 26th November. The beautiful seaside town of Fowey hosts a weekend of festive entertainment, food and drink along with plenty of opportunities to pick up some great Christmas gifts 

St Austell Brewery Celtic Beer Festival 25th November. The St Austell Brewery Celtic Beer Festival is the biggest party of the year for ale lovers across the country - for a true taste of the South West's best beers it's the only place to be.

Farther Christmas at Eden. 25th November – 24th December.There are letters to sort, presents to deliver, and a very important sleigh to prepare. Father Christmas is keen to meet you and your children, so they can help. Inside the cosy tent you’ll get to see ‘behind the scenes’, including the elves’ bunkbeds, the pigeonholes full of children’s letters, and all the stockings laid out ready for the big day. After settling down for a story beside an open fire, each child can enjoy a special moment with the man in red.

Victorian Christmas at Lanhydrock 1st – 20th December. The halls, dining room and garden are decorated to impress their guests and you can join in with the dinner preparations in the kitchen. Try the festive garden trail; choose from hundreds of gifts in the shop and treat yourself to festive food in the cafes.

Nadelik – A Cornish Christmas 2nd – 3rd December, Falmouth. Celebrate Christmas the Cornish way with fireside tales, music and dancing plus find your perfect present from the range of craft and gift stalls. Enjoy mulled wine and mince pies and meet Father Christmas in the castle keep.

The Winter Gift Fayre 12th – 17th December, Truro. Exhibitors in some wonderful Victorian costumes, an animal pen with rare breeds, an in-house café and seating area and an eclectic mix of food, drink, arts, crafts and high quality gifts all housed in a heated marquee.

Mousehole lights 16th December – 6th January, Mousehole.

The Christmas lights in Mousehole are a stunning sight, with floating displays of lights in the harbour and around the streets that are filled with the aroma of mulled wine and festive food. You’ll see a fantastic display of sea serpents, fishing boats and whales colourfully lighting up one of Cornwall’s most welcoming harbours. They are a must see.

New years eve in looe, 31st December a fantastic evening where the town comes to life. Fancy dress is a must. With fireworks at 6pm for children on the beach, then adults can see in the new year with a fantastic display at midnight on the beach.
